Mere credit card se 2.5L ka cyber fraud hua hai unknown person dwara. aisa koi option hai jisse mai fraud ke sare proof dikha sakun aur mujhe 2.5L ka jo fraud hua h wo jama naa krna pade. mujhe bank se settlement nahi karna chahta. settlement krne se mere civil par effect padega.

firstly take all your statements from your bank accounts and all transaction reports. then file a cyber complaint online or on a call. if even it not help you, and bank not co-operating with you then we have a option of consumer court ( but only as a last option).
