Q : I intend to initiate legal proceedings against the university for unfair tr

I was a Ph.D. scholar from 2012–2020 and repeatedly requested a change of research guide. A CASR meeting was held on 03 Dec 2019, but the official minutes contain no proper reference to my request despite a public notice mentioning my name. Through RTI and CPGRAMS, I found procedural irregularities, possible misuse of Section 8(1)(j), and participation of passed-out students in CASR proceedings. I seek legal guidance regarding misconduct and procedural violations by the university.
